Ready to take your tumbling to the next level? Join us at Adrenaline Athletics for our Tucks Clinic, a high-energy drop-off only event focused on back tucks. Parents are asked to drop athletes off and return for pick-up at the end of the clinic.
Athletes will work with experienced coaches on proper technique, power, and body control through safe progressions and targeted drills. Skills covered will include standing back tucks, round-off tucks, round-off back handspring tucks, and more, based on each athlete’s level and readiness.
This clinic is perfect for athletes preparing for their first back tuck or looking to clean up and strengthen existing skills.
