Join Adrenaline Athletics for our beginner-friendly Hip Hop Dance Session. Athletes will learn a high-energy 2-minute hip hop routine set to their own custom music and perform at the Fun Cheer & Dance Championships on April 19th in Conroe, Texas. This team is designed for dancers ages 6 and up who are ready to build confidence, sharpen performance skills, and experience the excitement of competition.
Practices are held once a week on Tuesdays from 7:00–8:30 PM. Regular attendance is required, as choreography and formations rely on consistent participation. The season runs from February through April 2026, with the final team practice taking place on Thursday, April 14th. In place of the remaining April practices, athletes will be enrolled in replacement tumbling for the rest of the month.
