Build power, confidence, and technique this holiday break! This Back Handspring Clinic at Adrenaline Athletics is designed for athletes ready to improve or advance their back handspring skills. Athletes will work on standing back handsprings, back handspring series, back walkover–back handsprings, roundoff back handsprings, and drills that develop strength, speed, and proper body mechanics. Coaches will guide athletes step-by-step with individualized corrections and spotting to help them safely progress.
