Join us over Winter Break for a specialized Flyers Clinic designed to build skills, confidence, and strong technique. Athletes will work on flexibility, body control, and key flying positions such as heel stretches, scorpions, scales, bow & arrow, and additional progressions. The clinic focuses on improving balance, stability, and overall flyer technique, making it ideal for cheerleaders ages 6 and up who want to advance their flying skills.
