During this fun clinic, we’ll focus on spotted skills and drills that will help your child get his or her tuck. We will teach and perfect body positions such as candlestick and hollow body – as well as show athletes drills, they can work on at home to perfect their skills.
*Pre-requisites: Roundoff 3 Back Handsprings, Standing 3 Back Handsprings.
Handsprings must be strong enough to be working on a tuck at a minimum.
