Join Adrenaline Athletics for an exciting and focused Tuck Clinic designed to help athletes build height, power, and proper technique. This clinic is perfect for athletes who are working toward mastering their standing or running tuck, or improving their current skill in a positive and encouraging environment.
The clinic is open to athletes ages 6 and up. Athletes will focus on explosive set technique, strong arm swing, tight tuck position, core control, safe landings, and drills that build confidence and consistency. Our experienced coaches will provide step-by-step progressions to help each athlete safely improve their tuck.
This is a drop-off event only.

Requirement: Must have a strong back handspring
