Build confidence and elevate your technique at our Jumps Clinic on Monday, June 22nd, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. This clinic is perfect for athletes looking to improve their jump height, flexibility, strength, timing, and overall jump performance in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Coaches will guide participants through drills and progressions designed to improve body positions, motion placement, technique, and explosive power while helping each athlete feel successful and motivated.

This is a drop-off only event.
