Join Adrenaline Athletics for a fun and focused Cheer Jumps Clinic designed to help athletes improve their jump technique, height, and performance. This clinic is perfect for athletes who want to strengthen their fundamentals and build confidence in their jumps while training in a positive and encouraging environment.
The clinic is open to athletes ages 6 and up. Our coaches will focus on proper arm placement, strong motions, flexibility, timing, height, and clean landing technique to help each athlete sharpen their skills and perform with confidence.
This is a drop-off event only.

Requirement: Must have basic cheer experience
