Get ready to power up your tumbling at our exciting Handspring Clinic at Adrenaline Athletics. This high-energy clinic is perfect for athletes who want to build stronger, cleaner, and more confident back handsprings.

Athletes will focus on proper technique, tight body positions, strong rebounds, and explosive power to improve consistency and confidence in their skills. Our coaches will use drills and progressions to help each athlete safely level up.

This clinic is open to athletes ages 6 and up.

This is a drop-off event only.

Requirement: Must have a back walkover
