Join us for our Handspring Tumbling Clinic! This clinic is designed for athletes working toward or improving their handsprings with an emphasis on proper technique, strength, power, and body control.

Athletes will work on:

  • Front Handsprings
  • Back Handsprings

Participants will go through drills and progressions designed to build power, confidence, technique, and consistency in a structured and supportive environment.

This is a drop-off only event.
