This clinic is perfect for athletes looking to improve their flyer technique, including body positions, balance, flexibility, timing, and overall stunt performance in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Coaches will guide participants through drills and progressions designed to improve strength, confidence, control, and flyer technique while helping each athlete feel successful and motivated.
